1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

1.1 Age Requirement

To create and use an account on the bd8k platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. We take a firm stand against gambling by minors. If an incorrect age is provided during registration, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

1.2 Personal Use

Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, both accounts will be permanently closed. A bd8k account is strictly personal — managing an account on behalf of a third party or allowing someone else to use your account is completely prohibited.

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

bd8k is a platform operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm whether using this platform is lawful under the laws of their region. If access is attempted from a legally restricted region, that account will be closed.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Details

When opening an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all match your real identity. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being closed at any time.

2.2 Password Security

Your account password must be kept completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized use or a security breach, notify the bd8k support team immediately. You are solely responsible for any loss resulting from disclosing your own password.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd8k may request identity verification at any time. This may require a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document. If verification is not completed in time, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd8k currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits or withdrawals through any method other than these are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If verification is incomplete or there is any issue with the account, this time may be longer.

3.4 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions

• Transactions must be made from the mobile number registered to your account.
• Deposits through a third party are prohibited.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be limited until the full wagering requirement is completed.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, bd8k reserves the right to hold the relevant funds until an investigation is complete.

3.5 Special Note on Rocket

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. To transact using Rocket, your Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking account must be active.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bd8k offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳54,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To receive the welcome bonus, you must place bets 10 times the bonus amount (not on the deposit amount — on the bonus amount only). Example:

• ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active without completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to earn bonuses using multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• bd8k reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The bd8k VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement depends on your overall activity on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to your account and its own terms and conditions apply.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Policy

Before placing a bet on bd8k, make sure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, so please consider your decision carefully before proceeding.

5.2 Technical Issues

bd8k reserves the right to cancel or review any transaction that occurs due to a technical error or server outage. If the outcome of a game is determined by a technical fault, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.

5.3 Sports Betting

Each event's own rules apply when placing bets in sports markets. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount for that event is generally refunded. Detailed rules for specific sports markets are available on the platform.

5.4 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If the connection is lost for any reason during a game session, the game will be completed automatically and the result will stand. The user is responsible for any connection issues.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd8k platform:

6.1 Cheating & Fraud

• Playing games using any bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using any third-party software to influence game outcomes.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Opening an account with a false identity or forged documents.

6.2 Money Laundering

• Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Placing bets using funds from a third party.
• Conducting suspicious financial activity.

6.3 Collusion & Matched Betting

• Placing bets against each other from multiple accounts on the same match or game.
• Working together to dishonestly obtain bonus or promotional benefits.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.2 Closure at bd8k's Initiative

bd8k may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Provision of false or incomplete information.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.3 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms and conditions, any valid balance will be returned to the registered payment method. However, funds may be forfeited in cases of fraud or breach of terms.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

The bd8k platform contains content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.). bd8k is not directly responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of these providers' games; however, our support team will mediate in the event of any issues.

9.4 User's Own Responsibility
